Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or equivalent semiconductor industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Front End Fab Engineering, Process Integration, Product Engineering, Yield Enhancement/Yield Analysis (YE/YA), or Supply Chain related work.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills.
• Strong cross‑functional program leadership: coordinating stakeholders and driving execution in a multi‑team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track Yield strategic roadmaps aligned to Best‑in‑Class targets.
• Lead cross‑functional programs, managing scope, risks, changes, and performance to plan.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive benchmarking, fast‑follow initiatives, and best‑known method adoption across HVM sites.
• Lead yield governance processes including MPUP, Rapid Response forecasting, and Frontend SPMO reporting.
