Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando seeks a Yield Management Coordinator to optimize revenue through pricing and inventory control across OTAs, GDS, and direct channels. The role requires data-driven decision-making, collaboration with revenue managers, and strong hospitality industry experience.

The coordinator will monitor ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and guest mix, adjust rates dynamically, and support strategic revenue initiatives while ensuring data integrity across PMS and RMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hospitality experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement pricing strategies as directed by Revenue Managers.
• Adjust pricing dynamically based on demand and market trends.
• Manage room inventory and allocations across distribution channels.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest mix.
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies across channels.
• Generate revenue performance and market analysis reports.
• Maintain relationships with OTAs and distribution partners.
• Respond to agency inquiries and support self-service portals.
