Job summary

Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL is seeking a Revenue Management Intern on the Resorts Yield Team to learn forecasting, yield management, data analytics and business optimization while supporting strategies that drive demand and maximize hotel revenue.

You will work with experienced analysts, develop analytical skills, and contribute insights that influence pricing and inventory decisions in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college with at least one class remaining
• Quantitative major preferred (data analytics, econ, engineering)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar

Responsibilities

• Analyze booking trends and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
• Support yield management strategies across Walt Disney World Resort hotels
• Create clear, actionable insights for business partners using data visualizations
• Collaborate with Pricing, Forecasting, Central Inventory Management and other teams
• Build presentations communicating performance and recommendations to stakeholders
• Explore innovative analytical approaches to improve business results
• Learn from experienced professionals while developing technical and business acumen
