Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Vermont seeks a Senior Director of Integration & Yield to lead end-to-end integration, yield, CFM, and metrology for our 200mm fab. You will drive yield performance, develop long-term roadmaps, and partner with global teams to enable technology transfer and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep semiconductor process integration expertise, 15+ years in manufacturing or tech development, and prior leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or technology development
• 5+ years of leadership experience in integration, yield, or process engineering organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration, characterization, yield, contamination-free manufacturing (CFM) & metrology for a 200mm fab
• Drive yield performance, cross-module integration and long-term roadmap development
• Partner with process/equipment engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Establish yield monitoring systems, KPIs, governance, and data-driven decision making
• Support technology transfer, NPI, and cross-fab technology learning and transfer
