Job summary

Parpacific is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Yield Accounting team within a growth-oriented downstream energy company in Hawaii. You will oversee daily production and consumption accounting, ensure accurate reconciliation of crude and refined product movements in Sigma Fine, and drive close processes and continuous improvement across yield accounting.

You will develop staff, manage inventory reporting, present results to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with TWIC credentials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Yield Accounting or Refinery Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory, management, or team lead experience.
• Refining, manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Yield Accounting team and oversee daily production and consumption accounting.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of crude and refined product movements in Sigma Fine.
• Drive month-end close activities and continuous improvements in yield accounting.
