Job summary

Citi is seeking an intermediate Analyst for Domestic Securities Yen Equity settlements within the Markets Operations team. The role focuses on processing, settling, and reconciling yen-denominated equity transactions, coordinating with desks and clients to ensure accurate settlement and excellent service.

The position requires 3–5 years of experience, strong communication in English and Japanese, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Yen Equity settlement support (processing settlements, making payments, reconciliations, GL entries, complex calculations).
• Interact with counterparties regarding settlement activities.
• Support a diverse array of products, services, risk, and control functions.
• Follow procedures to identify and resolve problems requiring investigation or research.
• Suggest process improvements to management and monitor risk/controls.
