Citi is seeking an Analyst in Markets Operations to support end-to-end settlement of Japanese domestic equity transactions from its hybrid office in Okinawa. You will work with Trading, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate settlement, strong controls, and timely service.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in securities services, solid attention to detail, and the ability to learn new processes, with strong JP/EN language skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform day-to-day settlement processing for Japanese domestic equity transactions.
• Monitor and manage settlement activities to ensure timely completion and minimize risk.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and discrepancies with stakeholders and counterparties.
• Complete daily reconciliations and GL substantiation within deadlines.
• Develop understanding of securities products and interdependencies across functions.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues, custodians, and market participants.
• Escalate issues transparently and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
