Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfort following defined processes and supervised batches.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets).
• General web and computer literacy to understand CMS and websites.

Responsibilities

• Website content QA and publishing support (WEB).
• Support accessibility checks with external firm.
• Provide supervised Kentico editorial support.
• SharePoint data protection support and content review.
• Build and maintain data tables (monthly web metrics).
• Gains experience with Jira backlog reviews and Confluence pages.
• Learn Agile delivery and SDLC through hands‑on projects.
