Qualifications

• Rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating December 2027 or May/August 2028.
• Majors: Information systems/IT, computer science, web/digital media, technical writing, communications, liberal arts, marketing.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets) and data-table building.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail essential for content updates.

Responsibilities

• Website content QA and publishing support for WEB; verify links and accessibility.
• SharePoint data protection support; review stale content and test labeling policies.
• Build and maintain data tables for monthly web metrics using Google Analytics 4.
• Support Jira backlog reviews, Confluence pages and SharePoint documentation under guidance of product owners.
• Gain hands-on experience in Agile delivery, SDL, SharePoint, Kentico, QA/testing, and stakeholder communication.
