Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 5+ years of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience with complex individual and business returns
• Client-facing advisory experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and have high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse clients
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications
