Job summary

Aquatica Academy in the Stroudsburg area is seeking experienced swim instructors with at least 3 years of instruction to teach our students how to swim. Instructors will teach semi-private and private classes, with most students between 3 and 10 years old, and classes scheduled Mon–Thu 4–8pm and Sun 11–6pm.

Position is a year-round 1099 contract with pay of $32.50/hour in regular blocks and $37.50/hour when substituting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of swim instruction experience.
• Background check required; bring photo ID, SS card and certifications.
• CPR/AED and First Aid must be up to date.

Responsibilities

• Teach semi-private and private classes.
• Work with young students aged 3–10.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent scheduling with students.
