Part-time Kid's Swim Instructor $20-$22/hour, flexible schedule, paid birthdays off. This is a position where you can enjoy a company culture connected to your purpose and values. Swim lessons save lives, and British Swim School is on a mission to make the world a safer place.

Job Duties:

1. Upon completing the training program, Aquatics Swim Instructors teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills to students of all ages and abilities.
2. Attend periodic, in-service trainings to remain up to date on British Swim School standards.

Successful candidates are reliable, nurturing, energetic, and love to have fun.

Requirements:

1. Confident in the water - Ideally, familiar with all four strokes.
2. Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress.
3. Ability to work in a positive way with a wide range of students and varying ages.
4. Complete the British Swim School Training program.

Preferred:

1. Teaching or coaching experience.
2. CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certifications.
