Are you passionate about aquatics? Do you enjoy teaching swimming skills and techniques one-on-one or in a small group setting to youth and adults? If so, please consider applying and joining our amazing Aquatics Team at the Greendale Family Branch YMCA!

We are currently seeking year-round Swim Instructors to teach private swim lessons to small groups or one-on-one with members and program participants while maintaining a safe, friendly pool environment for our members. Typical hours vary – weekdays, daytime, evenings, and weekends, with a preference for daytime and evening weekday availability.

Schedule: Let us know your availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Plus, access to YMCA facilities (gym, pool, etc.) for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave.

Job Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Must have basic life support or professional rescuer CPR/AED, first aid, and emergency oxygen administration.
• Current Water Safety Instruction certification or at least two years of experience in swim instruction or meet the criteria to earn swim instruction certification.
