Job summary

Town & Country Pools, Inc. is seeking a reliable year-round Pool Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential pool equipment.

This full-time role offers stable, long-term employment with great benefits and opportunities to work on open-air and indoor projects across the region. You will manage seasonal pool openings and closings, perform repairs and installations on filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, and chlorinators, and set up pool automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related pool service experience (or equivalent training).
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance: Manage seasonal pool openings, closings, and startups.
• Repairs & installs: Maintain and install filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, chlorinators, etc.
• Automation: Set up and troubleshoot pool automation equipment.
• Reporting: Complete routine service reports and communicate with clients.
