Job summary

Town & Country Pools in Springfield, VA is seeking a year-round Pool Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential pool equipment. The role offers security, long-term stability, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include seasonal openings/closings, equipment maintenance, and automation setup. You will report on service activities and maintain clear client communication. Must have reliable transportation and a valid license; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related pool service experience (or equivalent training).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary Information

$25 - $35Hourly Wage

Requirements

• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.
