Job summary

Town & Country Pools is seeking a year-round Pool Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential pool equipment. Join our team for a stable, long-term position with great benefits.

Responsibilities include seasonal openings/closings, repairing and installing filters, pumps, heaters, and lighting, plus setting up pool automation and delivering clear service reports to clients. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Reliability to reliably report to work and complete tasks.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate outdoors in varying weather.
• Clear communication with clients and team.

Requirements

• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience: 2+ years of related pool service experience (or equivalent training).
• License: Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
