About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the upkeep of the property and its systems. The Maintenance Engineer's willingness to “WOW” our guests and go Above & Beyond is necessary.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior general facilities maintenance experience preferably for a hotel.

Required Skills

• Experience with, but not limited to, painting, carpentry
• Ability to repair and paint drywall and other surfaces
• Ability to touch up furnishings as needed
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in every situation

Pay rate:

$20 hr.
