As a Crew Member, you will perform mowing, planting, sod installation, pruning, and general landscape maintenance for commercial clients, with ongoing training and growth opportunities. GroundSystems emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers.
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds.
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites.
