Job summary

GroundSystems in Dayton, OH is seeking dedicated Landscapers to join our year-round, full-time team. We train and equip you with the tools needed to grow your landscaping career while delivering high-quality service to commercial clients.

You'll perform mowing, planting, sod work, pruning, and safe operation of power equipment, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and reliability. This role offers benefits and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in delivering expert landscaping services to our commercial clients. Daily tasks include:

• Mowing, edging, and trimming
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites

Minimum Requirements
