Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is hiring an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide a 1-4 person team across landscaping projects. This hands-on role combines fieldwork with leadership to ensure quality, safety, and efficient workflows.

You will train crew members, perform and supervise mowing, pruning, bed maintenance, and equipment operation, while upholding PPE standards and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.
• Ensuring quality control and project standards.
• Training and supervising crew members.
• Performing and guiding tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and bed maintenance.
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
