Job summary

Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, LLC is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper/maintenance helper to manage daily landscaping, snow removal, and facilities upkeep across guest areas and staff housing. You will operate mowing equipment and assist with vehicle maintenance, ensuring clean, safe, and well‑maintained grounds throughout the season.

The role supports guest experience with hands‑on maintenance, requires ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work long hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead.
• Ability to stand 10+ hours/day and sit 5+ hours/day as needed.
• Comfort operating mowing equipment, tractors, and basic machinery (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily landscaping, mowing, trimming, watering, and general lawn care.
• Perform daily snow removal tasks around Mountain Sky Guest Ranch.
• Maintain guest cabins, staff housing, and shared facilities in clean and functional conditions.
• Provide upkeep and basic repairs for public facilities, including swimming pool maintenance.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling from guest and staff areas.
• Assist with snow removal, trail upkeep, and seasonal ground projects.
• Safely operate and maintain heavy mowing equipment, tractors, and other machinery.
• Partner with maintenance team to complete routine service on vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies for groundskeeping tasks.
• Assist with occasional dishwashing and guest transportation as needed.
