Job summary

You will support plant operations, collaborate with professionals, and contribute to projects that inform strategic decisions. The role requires a Finance or Accounting major with at least one year left, strong Excel/Office skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting major is required with at least a year of school remaining.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
• Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the desire to learn and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams.
• Resume must state your expected graduation date and your area of study.
• Location: Students must be within commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
• This role is a year-round opportunity that requires 15–20 hours per week during the school year, and as many as 40 hours per week during the summer; work in Tyson Foods' Springdale, AR World Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Daily Production Reporting - Monitor and report daily production metrics to support operational efficiency.
• Disassembly Yield Reporting - Analyze yield data to support process improvements and cost savings.
• Overtime Reporting - Compile labor data and report on overtime trends to assist in labor cost management.
• Weekly Plant Variance Reporting - Prepare variance reports comparing actuals to budget/forecast and provide insights on key drivers.
