Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking an experienced mechanical drafter and team lead to manage 3D modeling for liquid cooling systems, ensure accurate drawings, and enforce standardization across the engineering team. You will supervise drafting tasks, mentor engineers, conduct cross-checks for quality, and drive on-time delivery of parts and assemblies in line with US and ISO standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, 5+ years of drafting experience, and at least 2 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical drawing / drafting.
• 2+ years in leading a team.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems preferred.
• Proficiency in UG, SolidWorks, and CAD for 3D modeling and drawing output per US/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3D modeling of liquid cooling pipelines and assembly interference checks.
• Set up drawing, BOM version control; ensure model, drawings, and material data traceability; lead standardization of drafting.
• Lead team: assign modeling tasks, coach engineers, perform internal reviews, ensure drawing quality and avoid annotation errors.
• Break down projects into schedules and milestones; manage ECN changes and risk; conduct drawing reviews and follow-ups.
• Interface with process, production, quality; support R&D, prototyping, and mass production milestones.

岗位职责

• 统筹液冷管路三维建模、装配干涉检查，组织团队按美标 / 欧标输出符合机加、焊接、装配要求的工程图纸（零件图、装配图、爆炸图）。
• 搭建图纸、BOM 版本管控体系，保障模型、图纸、物料数据一致可追溯；牵头制图标准化规范建设，持续优化出图流程。
• 团队管理：分配建模制图任务，带教下属工程师，组织图纸内审交叉校核，落实图纸质量管控，规避标注错误、干涉、版本混乱等问题。
• 分项项目管理：拆解项目制定排期与里程碑；管控 ECN 变更，识别进度、工艺、质量风险；组织图纸评审例会，跟踪待办闭环；节点交付预审、项目复盘沉淀经验。
• 对接工艺、生产、质量，闭环试制与量产图纸问题，支撑项目研发、试制、量产节点达成。

任职要求

• 本科及以上，机械、机电一体化等相关专业；5 年以上机械结构制图经验，2年及以上团队管理经验，有液冷相关经验优先。
• 熟练使用 UG/SolidWorks/CAD，精通三维建模、工程图标注，熟悉美标制图规范。
• 熟悉机加工、钣金、焊接、管路生产工艺，具备可制造性判断能力。
• 严谨细心，具备图纸质量敏感度，拥有任务排期、变更管理、风险识别、跨部门沟通及人员带教能力。
