Jabil is seeking a junior mechanical design engineer to assist in 3D modelling, 2D drawings, and routing drafts for liquid cooling systems. You will participate in prototype assembly, testing, and on-site follow-ups, recording issues for design verification.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of heat management experience, proficient in SolidWorks/UG and CAD, and willing to travel for trials and product deployment.

• Collaborate across departments to support production tooling, gather component data, and engage in internal reviews.

岗位职责

• 设计辅助工作：协助工程师完成三维建模、二维工程图绘制、管路排布初稿；协助完成编制、整理 BOM 清单、图纸版本、技术规范等研发文件。
• 试制与现场跟进：参与样机装配、测试、试产工作，跟随跟进管路装配、密封性测试；记录试制过程漏水、压降异常等问题，整理问题台账，同步反馈给主设计工程师，配合开展整改验证。
• 标准化与文档维护：按照公司制图规范，核对图纸标注、公差、尺寸；协助沉淀液冷管路标准化资料，维护图纸、变更记录，保证技术文件版本可追溯；协助整理 DFMEA等资料。
• 跨部门协同支持：配合生产团队核对管路工模具制造；跟进样品打样，对接供应链，收集零部件信息；学习行业新技术、新工艺，参与内部技术评审。

任职要求

• 学历专业：大专及以上，机械设计、热能与动力工程、流体力学、制冷低温、能源动力等相关专业，应届生或 1 年以内热管理 / 液冷相关经验。
• 软件与基础能力：会使用 SolidWorks/UG、CAD 绘图软件；掌握工程制图、公差、密封基础、传热流体基础理论。
• 素质要求：做事细心严谨，有良好图纸校对、文档整理能力；具备基础问题排查能力，沟通顺畅，服从安排，愿意学习液冷管路系统设计，可配合项目出差、下产线跟进试制。
