Jabil is seeking a senior engineer to lead the welding and automation initiatives for AI data-center tube components. You will coordinate welding lab development, laser process trials, AI vision and robot control validation, and the design of automated fixtures and multi-station cells.

You will build a full-traceability system in SAP and drive cross-functional delivery to ensure quality and scalable production, interfacing with suppliers and customers for rapid, flexible manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, materials/forming, welding, automation or control engineering.
• 8+ years in related work with 5+ years in welding/automation/robot integration project management.
• Familiar with TIG, laser welding, nondestructive testing, metallography, spectroscopy and corrosion testing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and plan multiple R&D sub-projects: welding, laser, AI welding robots, automated logistics and multi-station assembly.
• Lead lab construction for welding processes and standardize nondestructive testing and metallography.
• Oversee AI welding automation development, vendor coordination, and integration of fixtures, auto-feeding and multi-station transfer.
• Lead full-chain traceability and SAP-based welding documentation to meet client audit requirements.
• Align customer requirements with project delivery to ensure quality, consistency and traceability.

一、岗位定位

本岗位面向 AI 数据中心液冷管路业务，作为工程部下研发项目的核心负责人，统筹“焊接实验室、自动化预制产线、全链路追溯系统（SAP）”三大研发能力板块建设，主导五大研发子项目从预研、试制到量产导入的全流程管理，构建捷普嘉定管路焊接业务的自动化核心竞争力，支撑 AI 数据中心客户管路业务持续接单与放量。

二、岗位职责

• 项目统筹与计划管理统筹管路焊接工艺、激光工艺、AI 多功能焊接机器人系统、多工位自动化物流与组装五大研发子项目，制定并推进项目实施计划与里程碑。
• 焊接实验室与工艺研发牵头焊接实验室建设，覆盖无损检测、力学、金相、光谱、腐蚀五大检测能力；组织管焊接工艺开发与样品试制，推进激光前沿工艺试验，输出工艺基线与标准化检测文件。
• AI 焊接自动化系统研发对接供应商，推进 AI 视觉识别、焊缝自适应算法与机器人控制算法的验证与程序测试；组织工装夹具、自动上料、多工位转运、精密组对夹紧等自动化单元的设计与集成，实现多规格管材快速柔性换型，搭建管路柔性自动化生产单元。
• 全链路追溯与质量体系主导全链路追溯系统（SAP）建设，实现焊缝唯一 ID 绑定、工艺参数采集、检测数据关联与焊接报告自动生成，满足客户对流体管路焊接可追溯性的硬性要求，支撑客户质量审计与高端项目准入。
• 客户需求对齐与项目交付对齐头部客户项目需求，组织焊接样品验证与客户认证，保障管路焊接质量、一致性与可追溯性，支撑客户项目持续交付与放量。
• 团队与供应商管理组建并管理研发团队（焊接、机械、控制、测试、PLC、设备组装等岗位），统筹跨部门协调；牵头关键供应商联合开发下一代智能焊接技术，推动供应链技术共创与产业化落地。

三、任职要求

（一）必备条件

本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料成型及控制、焊接技术与工程、自动化或控制工程等相关专业。 8 年以上相关工作经验，其中 5 年以上焊接工艺、自动化产线或机器人集成方向的研发项目管理经验。 熟悉 TIG、激光焊接工艺，以及无损检测、力学、金相、光谱、腐蚀等检测方法；熟悉 WPS/PQR 工艺评定与焊接质量认证流程。 具备自动化产线设计与集成经验，了解自动上料、多工位转运、组对夹紧等单元，以及 PLC 控制系统与机器人集成。 具备较强的项目统筹、预算管控、团队管理与跨部门协调能力，结果导向，能适应高强度研发节奏。 普通话流利；英语读写良好，可独立处理英文技术资料并支撑客户沟通。

具备液冷、管路、AI 数据中心基础设施或精密焊接行业经验。 了解 AI 视觉、焊缝自适应算法、MES/SAP 追溯系统。
