YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Site Director for the Before and After School program in Fishers, IN. The role focuses on leadership, staff supervision, behavior management, and strong family communication to support youth development.

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and able to create engaging lesson plans that foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth while upholding YMCA values.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience working directly with children
• Recognize milestones youth experience during growth
• Organize, play, and keep program records effectively
• Understand goals and philosophy of the YMCA
• Capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, participants, and families

Job Details: Job Location: Before and After School - North Region - Fishers, IN 46038, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00, Job Category: Youth Development Before & After School, YMCA MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

Currently filling a part time site director for our Before and After School program in Hamilton Southwestern School District. SITE DIRECTORS are responsible for the management and leadership of the program. This includes supervising a staff team, providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day. They help in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth along with demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. This position requires high levels of organization, energy, and fun. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

Qualifications: Know How:

• 2-4 years' experience working directly with children
