Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Before & After School program in the Hamilton Southeastern School District.
• Supervise a staff team and support behavior management for students.
• Maintain effective communication between staff and families.
• Create innovative, inclusive lesson plans to support learning and growth.
• Foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental development aligned with YMCA core values.
