Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of production experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow established work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor spinning frames to ensure yarn moves smoothly through the process and identify yarn breaks or other operating issues.
  • Repair loose yarn ends and yarn breaks to maintain production flow.
  • Unload, move, and transport roving, bobbins of yarn, and loose yarn to designated areas as needed.
  • Operate spinning equipment safely and in accordance with established work instructions and procedures.
  • Monitor product and equipment during operation and report quality concerns, processing issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor or lead.
  • Follow production instructions and established quality requirements to support consistent yarn production.
