Job summary

Roland Machinery Company in Bridgeton, MO, seeks a diligent shop/lot helper to support loading/unloading heavy equipment, cleaning, and maintaining an organized lot and shop area. This role requires safety obedience and teamwork.

Responsibilities include following all safety policies, assisting with equipment prep, and working with minimal supervision when needed. Valid driver's license and HS diploma are required; prior heavy equipment familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team when needed.
