Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting seeks a Yardi SME/Process Lead to guide business process design, system configuration, and end-user adoption across Yardi modules. You will own how the system reflects best-practice processes and ensure a smooth post-go-live operation.

The role requires hands-on Yardi knowledge, strong change-management instincts, and ability to document and train stakeholders while coordinating with IT and project teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager or related modules across implementations or super-user roles.
• Strong knowledge of real estate/business processes: accounting, leasing, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Yardi implementation, upgrade, or major configuration project.
• Experience designing and facilitating CRP and UAT sessions.
• Ability to document and map processes and create training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional/process authority on Yardi during implementation.
• Lead or contribute to business process review and future-state design.
• Translate business requirements into Yardi configuration decisions (CoA, setup, workflows, reporting, security).
• Collaborate with project manager/technical team on design and configuration decisions.
• Oversee data conversion scoping and validation activities.
• Design and lead CRP and UAT planning and execution.
• Develop core training materials and end-user documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Act as bridge between end users, IT, and Yardi; stay updated on releases and best practices.
