We are seeking a Yardi Implementation Consultant to join our team and help clients optimize business processes through configuring systems and delivering training. You will work with clients, our project management team, and Yardi partners to guide projects from planning through go-live and post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Yardi, including leading or supporting implementations or major system initiatives.
• Strong experience in at least one Yardi real estate area (Residential, Commercial, Affordable/Public Housing, or Investment Management).
• Proficiency in configuring Yardi Voyager modules, workflows, and property setup; data migration and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create client-facing docs and deliver training.

The Role

We are looking for a Yardi Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Yardi experience who enjoys configuring systems, solving problems, and helping clients improve their business processes. We are looking for someone who has worked on Yardi implementations, system enhancements, or major system initiatives in at least one real estate sector.

You will work closely with clients, Lynx leadership, our project management team, and external partners, including Yardi, to support projects from initial planning through implementation and post-go-live activities. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of implementation and optimization projects while continuing to build your expertise across Yardi products and real estate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client needs assessments to understand operational requirements and help define project scope.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Yardi configurations and solutions.
• Configure Yardi Voyager and related modules within your area of expertise, including relevant workflows and property setup.
• Support user setup and permissions, correspondence configuration, property onboarding and offboarding activities, and data validation.
• Facilitate client meetings and working sessions, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Manage data conversion activities and support system migration efforts while helping maintain data accuracy throughout the process.
• Perform sandbox testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities during implementation projects.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and other project-related resources.
• Deliver training sessions, either remotely or onsite, to support user adoption and system knowledge.
• Assist clients through implementation, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend ways clients can better utilize their Yardi solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Yardi, including experience leading or supporting implementations, system configuration, business process improvements, or major system initiatives.
• Strong experience in at least one Yardi real estate area, such as Residential, Commercial, Affordable or Public Housing, or Investment Management.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules within your area of experience.
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and data migration activities.
• Strong project management and business process analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client-facing documentation and deliver training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with report writing or scripting, including SQL or SSRS, is considered an asset.
• Industry certifications related to Property Management or Project Management are considered an asset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
