Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement.
• Deposit Accounting knowledge.

• (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs.

Ready to take your property management career to the next level? We're looking for a Yardi Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with onsite property management experience who understands the day-to-day challenges our teams face and is ready to use that knowledge to make a broader impact across the organization.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support. If you know Yardi, understand property operations, and enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training
• Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security
• Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management

Experience Needed:

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus)
• Deposit Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
• (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
