Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Systems Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. You will support onsite teams by maintaining Yardi, handling deposit accounting, and delivering help desk and training support.

The role requires strong customer service and a solid understanding of property operations. LIHTC/Section 8 familiarity is a plus, and you will work with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is required.
• Deposit Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Preferred familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs.

We're looking for a Systems Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with onsite property management experience who understands the day-to-day challenges our teams face and is ready to use that knowledge to make a broader impact across the organization. In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support. If you know Yardi, understand property operations, and enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Experience Needed

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus)
• Deposit Accounting

• (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
