Job summary

Mutual Materials is hiring for a full-time forklift operator in Salem, Oregon. You will load and unload products, operate a forklift, and maintain yard and inventory while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires lifting 70+ pounds, working outdoors in all weather, and can involve overtime. OSHA forklift certification is preferred, and experience with masonry products is a plus.

This includes loading company trucks as well as customer vehicles.As this is a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service is essential to maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships.While forklift operation will be your primary duty, you may also be required to hand-load customer vehicles as needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the yard, managing inventory, breaking down pallets, and handling shipping and receiving documentation.This position requires outdoor work and is subject to all weather conditions.Lift up to and more than 90lbsOn the job training will be provided to all New Hires by experienced Mutual Materials employees.This is a full-time job, Monday-Friday.
