Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, construction, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outfitting activities including installation of fittings, drains, lights, plumbing components, tile, inlays, and accessories.
• Prepare pools for shipment and assist with loading operations.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, molds, and supplies throughout facility and yard
• Maintain outdoor storage areas, shipping lanes, and staging locations.
• Perform yard maintenance including debris removal, housekeeping, snow removal, sweeping, and grounds upkeep.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as certified.
• Conduct product and shipment inspections.
• Follow safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
