Essential Job Duties

1. Full Service: Receive labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled, pull and retrieve parts from vehicles in the yard, inspect parts for damage, stage parts for delivery, operate warehouse equipment, sort and shelve parts, respond to customer orders, verify stock, classify returns, check defective parts, sign off on tickets, load trucks, and maintain orderliness.
2. Self Service: Operate equipment to move cars, clean debris, pull and test batteries, work with yard staff to stage cars, dismantle tires, maintain safety and EPA/OSHA compliance, wear PPE, and follow company policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience: 0+ years of warehouse-related experience, with on-the-job training provided.

Preferred Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; forklift certification beneficial.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Clear oral communication, simple record keeping.
• Follow procedures and guidelines, with guidance from supervisors.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 75 pounds. May work in hazardous, cramped, or extreme temperature environments, and wear PPE. Travel may be required.
