Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate in Noblesville, IN to move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and easy retrieval.

You will load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles and operate forklifts and pallet jacks following safety rules. This role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work in outdoor or indoor environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in hands-on, outdoor/indoor yard/warehouse, operational work or similar environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent of education and experience; must pass background screening and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, and organize products in yard and warehouse to keep inventory accurate and easy to find.
• Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while following all safety rules.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Must follow all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using proper lifting techniques.
• Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and work with team members to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed.
