Job summary

Sonepar USA is seeking a warehouse associate in Mesa, AZ to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The role includes guiding and training warehouse staff while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations.

A forklift certification and 2–4 years of related experience are required, along with basic computer system knowledge. The position offers full-time hours with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related warehouse experience or training.
• Current forklift operation certification required.
• Working knowledge of QED computer systems, Microsoft Office, Eclipse, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, store, and ship materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and complete required documentation.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain product organization and inventory accuracy.
• Count, weigh, and verify materials against orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Assist with hazardous material handling and documentation requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Assist with stock replenishment and communicate low inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
