Job summary

Sonepar, a leading electrical products company, seeks a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control across its Mesa facilities.

The role requires forklift certification, 2–4 years of warehouse experience or equivalent education, and a focus on safety and accuracy. Full-time, on-site with competitive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of related warehouse experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Forklift Operation Certification required.
• Working knowledge of QED computer systems, Microsoft Office, Eclipse, or related systems.
• Must be a team player and uphold QED's core values.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, store, and ship materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and complete required documentation.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain product organization and inventory accuracy.
• Count, weigh, and verify materials against orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Assist with hazardous material handling and documentation requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Assist with stock replenishment and communicate low inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
