Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling is seeking a Yard Utility Worker at our Green Isle site to support daily yard operations. You’ll move, sort and handle scrap metal, operate equipment to load and unload materials, and assist with basic material processing while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard.

• Assist with basic material processing, including dismantling small components and collecting loose material
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard
• Greet and assist customers with unloading materials

About The Opportunity

As a Yard Utility Worker at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily yard operations at our Green Isle site. In this role, you’ll support general yard upkeep and assist with a variety of yard tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, sort and handle scrap metal and materials
• Operate equipment to load and unload materials from trucks, trailers and containers
• Assist with basic material processing, including dismantling small components and collecting loose material
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard
