Job summary

EMR Group USA in New Orleans is seeking a General Yard Operative to support daily yard operations. You will work independently at times, perform housekeeping, and help prepare sites by clearing debris while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires hands-on use of basic tools, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to use variety of hand tools such as snip cutters, brooms, shovels, etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to work overhead, climb ladders, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• High School graduate or G.E.D.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

General Yard Operative

The General Yard Operative will assist with the general day-to-day operations of the yard. To be successful, you must be able to work independently to accomplish daily tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
