Job summary

A-Gas in the Americas is hiring a Yard Truck Operator in the U.S. state of Texas. The role focuses on moving ISO tanks and trailers, inspecting units, and keeping records in Cyltrak. You will also maintain yard organization and assist production staff as needed.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, HazMat and EPA 608 certifications, and experience with heavy equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is expected, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HazMat Certification and EPA 608 Certification required.
• Experience operating a yard truck, box truck or other heavy equipment.
• Experience with Pumps, Hose, Compressors, PSM, and Lockout Tag Out.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel/Word.
• Great communication skills to support plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard truck to move ISO tanks and trailers to support operations.
• Receive, inspect and check-in/out ISO tanks and record in Cyltrak.
• Load and unload chassis with ISO tanks as required.
• Inspect ISO tanks and chassis and track recertification dates.
• Maintain yard and equipment locations and cleanliness.
• Assist Process Operator 1 with production needs as directed.
