Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Yard Driver in Westfield, MA to maintain yard organization and safely spot trailers at dock doors and throughout the yard. You will update trailer moves via a handheld device and perform general warehouse tasks as needed.

Primary responsibilities include spotting trailers, driving yard trucks, and yard auditing to ensure accuracy using the Yard Management System. Must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid, active Driver's License
• Ability to load and unload heavy items

Responsibilities

• 10% Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
• 80% Safely spotting trailers at dock doors and yard locations; Driving yard trucks and spotting at designated locations
• 10% Yard Auditing; Ensure yard accuracy by leveraging the Yard Management System
