Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a Yard Driver to operate a yard truck, move trailers, and ensure equipment and cargo are in good working order. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and strict adherence to safety standards.

Pay is $20.00 per hour. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Experience with operating a switcher truck preferred.
• Experience driving a day cab preferred.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard truck and move trailers in the yard.
• Docking and repositioning of trailers.
• Inspect tractors and containers for safe operation.
• May assist with forklift, loading/unloading, and paperwork.
• Maintain safety and follow industry regulations.
