Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Associate in Woodburn, Oregon, to support the company’s transportation network by handling trailer moves, yard coordination, and safety compliance in an outdoor yard setting.

You will operate multiple vehicle types, participate in driver training, and may pursue CDL training funded by Amazon. The role requires flexibility, weekend/nights, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age.
• Ability to understand and adhere to English safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make safety a priority by following rules and policies.
• Perform yard functions to ensure trailers arrive/depart on time.
• Operate Commercial Motor Vehicles on yard/non-public roads as needed.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report issues to management.
• Support site operations and other teams, as needed.
