Job summary

Eligible candidates will hold a valid driver’s license, be 21 or older, and able to lift up to 49 pounds. The position requires 40 hours/week with overtime as needed and a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and active driver's license.
• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Candidates must be 21 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make safety a priority by adhering to company rules and regulations.
• Coordinate yard activities to ensure trailers arrive and depart on time with zero defects.
• Operate CMVs on yard to move trailers to/from dock and parking locations.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports and notify management of issues.
• Track hours and breaks per policy and drive safely under varying conditions.
• Assist site operations and carriers as needed to maintain workflow.
