DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, is hiring for a Warehouse Operator Specialist - Traffic Control Coordinator in West Branch, IA. This full-time role focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining yard flow, and ensuring accurate inventory and paperwork.

Salary ranges stated hourly with a 6am-2:30pm shift from Friday to Tuesday. Ideal candidates will handle trailer placement, paperwork validation, and safety compliance while supporting efficient operations and client

Responsibilities

• Direct truck drivers to ensure trailers are located in the correct yard location
• Promote efficiencies through optimal trailer placement location
• Ensure shipping paperwork matches the computer system
• Validate paperwork and trailer markings match
• Provide proper paperwork to truck drivers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the computer system
• Ensure safety requirements are maintained
• Inspect truck cargo/equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe and secure office area
• Record daily production reports and yard checks with drivers and client representatives
• Follow SOP and safety guidelines
• Maintain high quality in work performed
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned
