Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain yard flow and inventory for operations
• Direct truck drivers to assure trailers are located in the correct yard location
• Promote efficiencies through optimal trailer placement
• Ensure shipping paperwork matches the computer system
• Validate paperwork and trailer markings match
• Provide proper paperwork to truck drivers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the computer system
• Assure safety requirements are maintained
• Inspect truck cargo/equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure office area
• Manage and record daily production reports and yard checks in cooperation with drivers and client representatives
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned
