Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC seeks a Yard Tooling Coordinator to ensure crews are equipped, safe and efficient. You will manage shipping/receiving, tool storage, and inventory control from our Keenesburg, CO location. The role requires forklift/skid steer handling and routine driver duties.

The position reports to the Fleet Manager and requires a background check, valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and a high school diploma or GED. A mix of office and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with asset tracking or inventory systems preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft 365 Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of shipping, receiving, delivery, processing, storing tools and materials.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and well-organized Yard/shop area.
• Track and report tool and tooling inventory; ensure accuracy.
• Provide timely documentation and reporting; attend meetings.
• Be a delivery driver when required.

General Description

  • Ensurealltoolsareproperlymaintained,calibrated,recordskept,andarecompliantwithsafety standards.
  • Providetrainingandguidanceonsafeandcorrecttool usage
  • Audittrucktoolinginventoryasthey arrive.
  • Equip trucks with required tooling prior to trucks leaving for projects.
  • Collaboratewithoperationsandpurchasingteamstoanticipatetooling needs
  • Assistinprocurementof tooling.
  • Monitoratoolingbudgetandoptimize costs.
  • Manage timely delivery and pickup of tooling.
  • Beadeliverydriverwhen required.
• General Administrative Support:
  • Provideadministrativeassistancetothesafetyandtoolingmanagementteam,includingorganizing files, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assistwithothertoolingrelatedtasksandprojectsas required.

Wears all required protective and safety equipment while performing tasks that require it.
