Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC is seeking a Yard Tooling Coordinator to ensure the fleet’s tools and materials are organized, safe, and ready for field crews in Colorado. You will manage shipping, receiving, storage, and asset tracking, and operate a forklift or skid steer as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with inventory systems, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. This is an in-office/hybrid position with some remote flexibility and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with asset tracking or inventory systems preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and/or skid steer for shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard and shop area secure, clean and organized.
• Manage shipping, receiving, delivery, processing, and storage of tools and materials.
• Maintain accurate reporting and timely documentation of inventory and tooling.

General Description

This is a key role to keep our crews equipped, safe and efficient in the field. Required to manage logistics of shipping, receiving, delivery,processing,storingoftoolsandmaterials.Thisindividualshouldbeself-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently and manage time efficiently.   • Perform periodic tooling inventory counts and reporting.
  • Ensurealltoolsareproperlymaintained,calibrated,recordskept,andarecompliantwithsafety standards.
  • Providetrainingandguidanceonsafeandcorrecttool usage
  • Audittrucktoolinginventoryasthey arrive.
  • Equip trucks with required tooling prior to trucks leaving for projects.
  • Collaboratewithoperationsandpurchasingteamstoanticipatetooling needs
  • Assistinprocurementof tooling.
  • Monitoratoolingbudgetandoptimize costs.
  • Manage timely delivery and pickup of tooling.
  • Beadeliverydriverwhen required.
• General Administrative Support:
  • Provideadministrativeassistancetothesafetyandtoolingmanagementteam,includingorganizing files, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assistwithothertoolingrelatedtasksandprojectsas required.

Wears all required protective and safety equipment while performing tasks that require it.
